If you do not have a valid Libyan passport, we can help you apply for a temporary travel document: LP (Laissez Passer) at the Libyan embassy in The Hague.
Financial support (New amounts from 1 May 2026)
Each adult will receive €3080 in cash from Solid Road at Amsterdam Schiphol on the day of departure.
Each minor child will receive €1860 in cash from Solid Road at Amsterdam Schiphol on the day of departure.
Flight route
The flight route is from Amsterdam Schiphol to Istanbul, Turkey.
From Istanbul, Turkey, you can fly to Tripoli, Libya, or Benghazi, Libya.
